Black & Wheaten
Our black rosecombs mean a lot to us. Their lineage can be traced back to birds my late grandfather competitively showed from great depression up until the 1980's. I added some new blood from top exhibition breeders out of California, New York and Kentucky and have made them my own. We cannot wait to show them Spring 2015.
Along with the blacks, we are also breeding wheaten, a very rare variety. The wheatens were crossed to blacks in 2010 to improve head quality and I have been thrilled with the results. I hope to see them in shows next year as well.
